cyl8 Terms and Conditions for Platform Use

Clause 1

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the cyl8 platform, you hereby agree to be bound by the entirety of the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. These Terms form a legal agreement between you ("User") and cyl8 ("Platform").

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

The cyl8 platform operates under international licensing and complies with the licensing guidelines issued by the relevant regulatory body. All activities on this platform are subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Clause 2

User Eligibility

To register and use the cyl8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not be an individual who has been self-excluded from gambling by personal request or by direction of a statutory body.
• Not be registering on behalf of any third party.
• Registering for personal entertainment purposes only, not for commercial purposes or money laundering.

Clause 3

Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the cyl8 platform. Users found to have more than one account ("multiple accounts") risk having all such accounts frozen or closed, including any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide true, complete and current information including your full name as per your MyKad, a valid mobile phone number, and an active email address. cyl8 reserves the right to verify all this information through document checks before permitting any withdrawal.

• Your username and password are confidential and are entirely your responsibility.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including cyl8 staff.
• Any activity that occurs through your account before a report is made to cyl8 is your responsibility.
• Report any unauthorised access to our 24/7 support team immediately.

Clause 4

Deposits and Payments

The cyl8 platform accepts deposits via approved payment methods. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name — deposits from third parties are not accepted.

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10.
• Accepted methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account promptly, depending on the method chosen.
• cyl8 does not charge additional fees for deposits, however payment providers may apply charges based on their own policies.
• Any deposit that fails to process must be reported to customer support along with proof of transaction.

All amounts displayed on the cyl8 platform are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) unless stated otherwise. Cryptocurrency exchange values are subject to the prevailing rate at the time of processing.

Clause 5

Withdrawals

Users may make withdrawals at any time subject to the following conditions, which must all be fully met:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Any wagering requirements tied to an active bonus must be completed first.
• Withdrawals are processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is verified.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.

cyl8 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal for security review in suspicious cases. Users will be contacted via email or live chat if additional information is required.

Clause 6

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses offered by cyl8, including the welcome bonus, VIP cashback and other periodic promotions, are subject to the wagering conditions and policies set for each promotion.

The cyl8 platform welcome bonus gives 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement is 10 times the value of the bonus received before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Example: a deposit of RM100 generates a RM100 bonus and a balance of RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000.

• Each user is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after the wagering conditions are met are eligible for withdrawal.
• cyl8 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if fraud or promotion abuse is detected.
• VIP cashback is calculated based on weekly turnover and varies by tier: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%) and Diamond (up to 1.0%).

Clause 7

Game Rules

All games available on the cyl8 platform are operated using a certified random number generator (RNG) verified by an independent body to ensure fairness. Game results are final and cannot be contested unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical error.

• Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet.
• If a technical disruption occurs during a game session, affected bets will be returned or settled based on system records.
• The use of automated assistance software, bots or any tool that influences game results is strictly prohibited.
• cyl8 reserves the right to cancel rounds or bets affected by a software bug or an obvious pricing error.

For sports and esports betting, market results are subject to the sports rules set by cyl8. In certain situations, markets may be suspended or voided based on decisions by the sports body or unforeseen circumstances.

Clause 8

User Responsibilities

As a cyl8 platform user, you agree to comply with all of the following responsibilities throughout your period of use:

• Use the platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• Not engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform.
• Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Provide accurate information during the identity verification process when requested.
• Comply with the betting limits and account limits set by the platform.
• Not use a VPN or other methods to conceal your actual location.

Violation of any of the above responsibilities may result in a temporary suspension, freeze, or permanent closure of your account, as well as forfeiture of related balances and winnings.

Clause 9

Account Closure and Restrictions

cyl8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account for the following reasons, including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or unlawful activity.
• Ownership of multiple accounts by the same user.
• Provision of false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Violation of the platform's terms of use.
• A self-exclusion request from the user themselves.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the cyl8 customer support team via live chat or email. Valid account balances will be processed for withdrawal after the final review is complete.

Clause 10

Responsible Gambling

cyl8 is committed to responsible gambling practices. This platform is only for users aged 21 and above who play voluntarily for entertainment purposes. Gambling should not be regarded as a source of income or a way to resolve financial problems.

• Users may request deposit limits, betting limits, or self-exclusion through our 24/7 customer service.
• cyl8 fully supports users' rights to use the available self-control tools.
• If you feel that your gambling activity is beginning to affect your personal or financial life, please contact our support team immediately.
• A requested self-exclusion will take effect within the specified period and cannot be reversed before that period ends.

Clause 11

Limitation of Liability

The cyl8 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, cyl8 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from game or betting outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Actions or decisions you make based on information on this platform.

cyl8's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

Clause 12

Amendments to Terms

cyl8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the cyl8 website.

Users will be notified of material changes via their registered email or a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published is considered full acceptance of the amended terms.
